If you're wondering, this won't change any of the content here. I'll still be doing the same stuff just as often. The Nerdgasm stuff is different, as I've refrained from doing any in depth reviews here in the past.
So go check it out! And keep checking out Have A Nerdgasm for all the news that's fit for nerds!

Hawkeye Sayz: Iron Man: I Am Iron Man

Welcome back for another installment of Hawkeye Sayz, where Mini-Hawkeye provides short, spoiler-free reviews of recent comics that he swipes from my read pile. Today he'll be reviewing the two-part Iron Man: I am Iron Man movie adaptation.

Okay, I admit I'm embarrassed to have blown $8 on this. The story is incredibly rushed because it crams a two hour movie into 64 pages, but the art is quite nice and saves this comic from being complete crap. There is also a little bit of extra content with Nick Fury and S.H.I.E.L.D. acting behind the scenes, which was neat. Let's see what Hawkeye Sayz.

I think I actually had that coming.

Iron Man Movie vs Comic: Tony Stark's House
When I first saw the trailer for Iron Man, one of the things that struck me as being completely awesome was the similarity between the house Tony Stark had in the 1980's in the comic (when I was reading it as a boy) and what they portray in the film. It's taken me a while to get around to this, but I hope you enjoy these comparisons.

Like Tears in Rain
If any of you are still kicking around when yours truly kicks the ol' bucket, I'd like you to ensure that the following goes on my tombstone (or space tombstone if I'm lucky enough to live the 500+ years I intend on living).
Thanks.
Oh, and make sure it lists me as "Dr." That'd be nice too. Thanks.

Best Movie Description EVER.
I was in the mood for some MST3k last night, so I went surfing Netflix's "Watch Instantly" to see what I had in my queue. I stopped when I got to this bad boy:
Future War
"Evil cyborgs and their dinosaur sidekicks leave the future to chase a runaway human slave to late-1990s Los Angeles, where the fugitive finds help in the form of prostitute-turned-nun Sister Ann."
YES PLEASE!!
I laughed so hard in the first 10 minutes that I started crying. I highly recommend this one.

Tony Stark Swoons, Iron Man Toons
I found both of these over at the blog Bully Says: Comics Oughta Be Fun, which is clearly written by a guy that has the same comic book comedy sense as myself.
First, Tony Stark Swoons. Couldn't have put it better myself.
Secondly, as the title says, Iron Man Toons!

Time Travel Diagram
Check out this awesome chart of time travel from TV & movies! I think the little loop from Red Dwarf is from the episode where they interfere with the Kennedy Assassination.
I think they are missing an ULTRA PARADOX where Marty McFly battles the Terminator on a hoverboard.
