So not only had Tony Stark had face time with Chinese Communist Party leader Deng Xiaoping, but was in talks with him to tap China's natural resources for (presumably) personal financial gain!
How's that for Iron Man canon!
You know, with the advancement of modern society, some of these late 1980's Iron Man comics don't portray Tony in a very favorable light.
