World's Smallest Radio

Scientists recently created a nano-scale radio receiver. The new receiver is roughly 1000 times smaller than the state of the art tech. This paves the way for nano-scale radio receivers (and broadcasters if a power source is attached). On my mind are cybernetic implants for wireless communication that are no bigger than a cubic millimeter, or smaller!
